Pianist and scholar DR. JILL WOFSEY holds music degrees from the Eastman School of Music, the University of Minnesota, and earned her doctorate from The University of Northern Colorado.

Dr. Jill has recorded several albums as leader, and has much work experience as a professional flutist, bass guitarist, and pianist.

She’s concertized and recorded with many prominent musicians, including Dave Liebman, Chuck Mangione, and Dave Brubeck.

Additionally, she has recorded and performed with her husband Gary Wofsey for many years.

Dr. Wofsey is currently focused primarily on classical and jazz piano, and performs extensively in the Gulf region, at senior living facilities, restaurants, jazz clubs, jazz festivals, and other concert venues.

GARY WOFSEY received his musical training at the Berklee College of Music.

Gary has played several brass instruments, and is currently focused on playing valve trombone and drums.

He’s also a composer/arranger who’s led big bands in New York City and Tokyo, Japan.

Gary has recorded several albums of his original music.

Jill & Gary led a big band together in New York for many years.
